Losing weight pt. 2
A while ago I posted about my goal to lose weight (from 68 kg to 63 kg).
Unfortunately not much happened since. I’m at 66.4 kg now but that might be different again tomorrow, however I’ve rediscovered my love for swimming yesterday (I managed 1 km in one hour) and I’m planning on joining Wi11ow and Liessa in running with the Belgian “start to run” podcast so at least I’m still trying :) Anyhow I’m on my way and I’ll get there eventually!
